Russians man new high velocity anti-tank gun on german highway. Soviet artillerymen man a new 45-mm. high velocity anti-tank gun on a multi-laned highway along the First White Russian Army front which, by mid-March, 1945, stretched from Guben in Germany's Brandenbrug Province to the Pomeranian port of Kolberg on the Baltic Sea. Forces of the First White Russian Army captured Kolberg on March 18, 1945, after a 13-day battle, completely clearing their northern flank along a 175-mile (280 km.) stretch of the Baltic coast from the Danzig area to Stetting Bay. This is a radiophoto sent from Moscow to the U.S.
