The care of Germany for its Population. The German card for distribution of bread. When Germany established the Card systeme at once in the beginning of the war, the whole Enemy's press marked this as a sign of economic weakness, telling tat Germany had not enough to eat. Now this card is showing the realty about the German alimentation. English people do not receive such quantities.
