Luxembourg signs agreement with allied civil affairs division. Pierre Dupong, Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, signs an agreement in London between his government and the Allied Civil Affairs Division (G-5) of Supreme Headquarters, Allied Expeditionary Force.
