Malcolm Macdonald flies to Geneva to submit new Palestine plan. Mr. Malcolm Macdonald, Colonial Secretary, left Croydon Aerodrome, London, to fly to Geneva where he will submit Britain's new Palestine plan to the Permanent Mandates Committee and of the League of Nations. Under this plan, the Jewish and Arab populations will, for a period of five years, work as separates states under British protection. If this is succesful, the plan will become permanent.
