Prince Starhemberg closely guarded as he goes to hold his first war council. Prince Starhemberg, the acting Chancellor of Austria, is being closely guarded. Here as he left the Chancellery in Vienna for his first council of war at the Austrian War Office shows him a car loaded with guards (back left) and followed by another car load of guards. Prince Starhemberg has declared that 'Austria will fight to the last gasp to maintain her freedom and independence'.
