Abraham Hauser was President of the Cardiff Zionist Association and of the New Hebrew Congress, Vice President of the Union of Jewish Students, a member of the Board of Deputies, treasurer of the Cardiff Social Welfare Committee, a member of the Unemployed Assistance Board Appeals Committee, a member of the Board of Governors of Cardiff Royal Infirmary, warden of Cathedral Road Synagogue and Brazilian Vice Consul. The Special Collections Division is available for anyone to use, regardless of whether you are attached to an academic institution. Access to the Archives and Manuscripts and Rare Books reading room, however, is by prior appointment to access the manuscript material. See our for more details.
