Copyright Holder: Oberösterreichisches Landesarchiv Records pertaining to the confiscation of mostly Jewish-owned property by Nazi authorities in Upper Austria and Vienna, Austria. Mostly individual case files consisting of reports and correspondence between the Reichsstatthalter Oberdonau, the Vermögensverkehrsstelle Wien, and various other Nazi agencies involved in expropriation. Includes files on a few confiscated non-Jewish properties. Reel #18 of the collection also features topical files concerning Nazi expropriation laws and regulations, reports, and guidelines, such as how to proceed with the expropriation of properties owned by foreign nationals such as U.S. citizens.
