The collection consists of photographs depicting Blanca Borell and her husband Norbert Borell in the Linz-Bindermichel displaced persons camp 1945-1947. The papers consist of identification cards, photographs, and a document relating to the experiences of Adam Peiperl after World War II and in Camp Wegscheid near Linz, Austria, and photographs of the Peiperl family before World War II in Poland.

Contains an unpublished manuscript entitled "Auschwitz: ein Tatsachenroman" by Karl Otto Herz (typescript; approximately 500 unnumbered pages; forward dated 31 December 1945 in Linz). Given to the family of Walter Vogel (donor's husband), probably by the author.
