Heads of the occupying forces and the Military Government detachment in Bayreuth study an intelligence control chart indicating hostile acts against the occupational forces and other vital data. Reilly, Military Government Officer, In order to provide for the security of the Allied forces and to establish public order throughout the occupied territory, 20 capital offenses, punishable by death have been established. Forty three other offenses are punishable by fines, imprisonment or both.
