French war blind visit Pacific War Exhibit. Blind French war veterans of the Union des Aveugles de Guerre, led by their President Henri Isaac and their and their secretary General Henri Amblard, visit September 27, 1945, the Pacific War Exhibit organized by the U.S. Information Service on the Avenue des Champs Elysees in Paris. They were received by William R. Tyler (on right in grey suit), Director of the U.S. Information Service in France, and Madeleine Carroll (on Mr. Tyler's right). Mr. Tyler described the veterans the pictures, models and other objects shown in the exhibit.
