Item is a negative of a drawing of Abraham Van Ploeg, an uncle of Sorensen’s great-grandmother, Rosetta van Dam née van Ploeg, who was the mother of Sorensen’s mother’s mother, Emma van Dam. The drawing precedes photography. Sorensen had a negative and copy of the drawing made.
