Sorensen’s hiding place
na 1946
Item is a photograph of the house in which Sorensen hid in Apeldoorn. According to Sorensen, she was given a simple camera for her birthday, around 1946; this photo was taken by Sorensen soon thereafter. The edges of the photograph are scalloped. There appears to be a lighting defect, perhaps from the film development process, which slightly obstructs the street and bushes in front of the house.
