Holocaust memoirs of a Jew from Athens (1901-1974); the manuscript was found among his papers after he died. The editor has added an introduction (p. vii-xxii) and notes. Sevillias relates his arrest by the Nazis in March 1944, his deportation to Auschwitz, conditions in the camp, and his transfer to a labor camp in Breslau in October 1944, where he remained until liberation in May 1945.
