Archiv města Kamenice nad Lipou

partly accessible Kršilová I. – Martínek Z.: Archiv města Kamenice nad Lipou. Inventář, 2006, 145 s., ev. č. 961. The first record of Kamenice nad Lipou comes from 1267-1278. During the 15th century, there was a town council with a mayor and municipal elders. Despite all efforts, a regulated municipality office was not established in the town in the 18th century. The municipal office was not established until 1850. At that time, a district court and a tax office were also established there. The first-instance state administration was performed from Pelhřimov.
