The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington has digital copies of selected documents from the collection (http://collections.ushmm.org/findingaids/RG-48.010M.pdf), unfortunately without sufficient citations to locate the originals. The first part of the archival collection was concentrated shortly after the end of the war and represents the records of German courts and prisons located mostly in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and partly in the Sudetenland. The second part of the collection is even more varied in terms of provenance and was assembled after the war by the Records and Search Department of the Repatriation Department of the Ministry of Labour Protection and Social Welfare. The collection consists of valuable original documents from German concentration camps, prisons and penitentiaries, established mainly on the territory of the German Reich, and from prison transports, supplemented by post-war inventories of prisoners, records of their repatriation, death marches, prisoners' testimonies and memories, protocols on the exhumation of martyred prisoners, etc. The archival collection relates to the persecution of Czechoslovak citizens during World War II. The materials relating to the Jewish ghetto in Terezín constitute an important part of the collection. In particular, the transport lists of persons deported to Terezín from the territory of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, as well as a part of the transport lists relating to transports from the German Reich and from other places in occupied Europe, and a part of the transport lists from Terezín to the extermination concentration camps. Among the valuable materials are the original card index of persons liberated in Terezín, an apparently incomplete card index of persons who died in the Terezín ghetto, a card index of persons cremated in the Terezín crematorium, and two post-war card indexes of persons who passed through the Terezín ghetto compiled on the basis of saved records from the Terezín central register. The largest amount of documentation from the concentration camps is preserved for the Buchenwald and Mauthausen camps. The collection also contains lists of names of Czechoslovak citizens imprisoned and killed in other camps (Dachau, Flossenbürg, Gross-Rosen, Auschwitz, Ravensbrück and Sachsenhausen) and lists of repatriates prepared by repatriation authorities after the war. The collection also contains documents relating to death marches from concentration camps and exhumations of corpses of political prisoners from mass graves in the territory of the former Czechoslovakia, and various lists of Czechoslovak Jews who emigrated to Palestine in 1945 and 1946. In the unprocessed part of the collection there are several individual signatures relating to Jewish issues. These are mainly signatures 101-653/1 to 19 (e.g. property and personal matters of the Zweig family from Olomouc, arization of several specific businesses) and signatures 101-662/4 to 12 (organizational matters of the Central Office for Jewish Emigration and the Emigration Fund for Bohemia and Moravia).
