Rothschild&nbsp;<br />English&nbsp; In effect up to 1942/ 1943 questions relating to persecuted Jews and political detainees were handled by different services within ICRC: Services Nationaux de l'Agence Centrale des Prisonniers de Guerre (ACPG); Service Watson; Services des Familles Dispersés; Services Civils internés divers (CID); Division de Secours, etc. From 1942 the Division PIC was charged, amongst other things, with dealing with the principal issues affecting victims of racial and political persecution.
