Дирекція забезпечення Примарії Одеського муніципалітету, м. Одеса.

The fond includes four inventories systematized according to the structural-chronological principle. Documents in the fond include the order (8 January 1943) of Odessa city head G. Pyntia that Jews’ and communists’ personal assets remaining after their deportation to the ghetto be leased to Romanian military and diplomatic personnel, officials, and other persons; instructions of the Odessa Municipal Primaria Procurement Directorate on the leasing and takeover of “ghetto property” and a report by commodities subsection chief N. Okul on the transfer of 4,000 apartments of Odessa residents driven into the ghetto from the jurisdiction of the Odessa Municipal Real Estate Directorate to that of the Procurement Directorate for subsequent realization (1943); delivery and receipt certificates regarding the Procurement Directorate’s receipt of property of Odessa residents who had been driven into the ghetto, systematized by city street; records and deeds of transfer of this property into storage; orders and copies of orders regarding this property’s sale, and various persons’ petitions regarding same (1943-44). There is also a list of Jewish specialists in the ghetto who received bread through the labor department cafeteria (1944). The documents are in Romanian and Russian. This directorate was established in October 1941 by the Romanian occupation authorities as one of the governmental structures of the primaria; its function consisted, among other things, of distributing and realizing the personal assets and real estate of Odessa Jews forcibly resettled to the Odessa ghetto. It was liquidated in March 1944.
