File 35 (40 pages), file 204 (69 листов), file 64 (56 pages), file 653 (30 pages), file 449. Contain inventories of the persons evacuated from the city prior to the German invasion, including Jews. Most of the inventories are dated by January-April 1942. Inventories are compiled following the same pattern: Name, Address, Party affiliation, Ethnicity, Last position before leaving, Time and Reason for leaving. Columns include Type of belonging, Specifications, Level of deterioration, Valuation, Notes. Majority of documents contain ethnicity specification (“Jewish”, sometimes “Russian”, but ethnicity of Jewish spouse is specified as well). In the most of documents say the reason of leaving is evacuation in August-October 1941, but some specify the reason like “taken by the authorities in December 1941”. Some documents contain detained inventories of Jewish belongings, including furniture and cutlery.
