Dalbey on bench approves numbering of documents for evidence. MLS, prisoner is sworn in and questioned about his background. MLS, another prisoner is questioned by Lt. Col. Barton J Ellis. Prisoner is asked to identify defendants. As Col Ellis calls the names, the witness calls out the numbers and the defendants stand.
