Joseph Deak (Pecs, Hungary, 1907 - ) was born to a Jewish family. During World War II he was sent to a Hungarian forced labor batallion and was liberated by the Soviet Red Army. Joseph immigrated to the United States in 1957, and settled in Massachusetts
