The collection contains 20 documents, consisting of certificates, a repatriation card, registrations of residence, a note, correspondence, and one object used during and after the Holocaust by the Schlesinger family, particularly Erna Seidner Schlesinger [donor's mother]. Contains a 103-page memoir about David Arie Landau's life in Galicia, Poland, prior to the Holocaust, an attempted escape to Romania, his imprisonment in Stanislawow and Biala Cerkow concentration camps, service in the Russian Army, work in the Repatriation Office in the city of Szcziecin, Poland, and later emigration to Israel.

Collection of pre-war and post-war photographs of Kosice and Bratislava; 2 Identity cards: “Flüchtlingausweis/Livret pour réfugiés” issued to Alexandre and Helen Braf; dated October 13, 1944; Berne, Switzerland. Itzhak Braf and his parents were on the Kasztner train from Hungary; 1 Registration card (repatriation) for Ernest Braf; dated September 5, 1945.

The papers consist of seven photographs of refugees at the displaced persons camp, Bad Reichenhall, and on the military transport ship, "General McCray," which was headed for the United States in October 1949, as well as release papers from the Bad Reichenhall DP camp and a Polish repatriation document.
